Cecilia from The Portofino Collection is a refined, yet ultra-glamorous gown with a plunging v-neck, sweeping crêpe skirt and striking split skirt (option to have with or without split). The dramatic bodice also benefits from beautiful balloon sleeves and lots of subtle sequin detailing.
