Once you have paid in full for your off-the-peg gown, you own the dress and a contract has come in to existence between you (the bride) and us. If your gown is paid for by another person, that money is treated as a gift to you and our contract remains with you, the bride. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms.

Condition of the dress:

We shall use our reasonable endeavours to identify any known faults with the dress but it is ultimately your responsibility to check it thoroughly before purchasing. By signing, you are confirming that you have checked it over fully and carefully and you are happy with the condition of the dress.

 

Once you have taken your dress home, any fault or flaw subsequently identified by you will not render the contract void and no returns will be accepted.

 

Off-the-peg dresses may have been tried on by other prospective customers and may have marks on them. Our off-the-peg gowns are priced competitively to reflect such wear and tear.

 

It is your responsibility to have it cleaned prior to wear if required.

 

It is your responsibility to pay for any repairs necessary to the dress.

 

Bridal gowns can usually be let out by around one inch and altered down by approximately two inches - but this is wholly dependant on the cut of the gown. You must therefore ensure that you are happy that the gown is close to fitting you at the time of purchase. You confirm that you are happy with the sizing and the fit of the dress prior to purchase.

 

Once you have entered into a contract with us, you cannot cancel the purchase of your gown, regardless of whether you change your mind and/or no longer require your item. Your gown cannot be exchanged for another dress. All sales are final.

 

Alterations costs are not included in the sale price.
